Becoming a member of the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association is easy…Your first meeting is FREE.  Every meeting thereafter is just 10 bucks. Your first $10 makes you a member which entitles you to a welcome CD and monthly notifications of our meetings and events.  That’s it.

President – Dara Tancredi

Dara is the the President of SUREIA and owner of Southern Utah Development, a real estate brokerage and development firm.  She  has been in the real estate business since 1991, first, as a real estate attorney, then as an active real estate investor involved in acquisition, financing and development of property portfolios in Ohio and Utah which includes residential, commercial and vacant land. Dara is a volunteer for many  organizations and cares about helping others.
