About Us...  John Shaver, who is currently the club president and a licensed Real Estate Agent, founded Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association (SUREIA) in 2002.
John has been to many investor association meetings across the country and since they didn't have one in Southern Utah where he lives,
he decided to start one! John has a passion for Real Estate and teaching people, just come to one of the meetings and you'll see for yourself.
Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association focuses on helping investors build their Real Estate business. We do this with cutting edge hyper-effective marketing, and powerful networking within the community. If we don't have an answer - we can get one! One of the great things about being a member in a newer association like this - is it feels like a second family. A lot of close friendships have developed in the short time we've been around.
